Flake ice is thin sheet which applied to rapid cooling. It can go into the space between cooled objects, to reduce heat exchanger, maintain ice's temperature and has good moisturizing effect, it can avoid the seafood being scratched owning its not to angular. It is suitable for long-term preservation of fresh seafood which mainly used in fishery, small meat processing plants such as a small amount of fresh seafood in restaurants and ice industry.
